​All private patients - no referral required and registered with all major health funds

Motor vehicle injuries - A valid referral from your GP and a claim number is required to attend physiotherapy under motor vehicle insurance (Without these you can still receive treatment but will be billed as a private patient)

Workers compensation - A valid referral from your GP and a claim number is required to attend physiotherapy under motor vehicle insurance (Without these you can still receive treatment but will be billed as a private patient)

Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA) - We can provide all services in accordance with your gold/white card conditions. A valid referral for physiotherapy is required from your GP

Care plans (Medicare chronic disease management plans) - We are able to provide physiotherapy services under these plans which are formulated in consultation with your GP. Please note there will be a small gap payment required when accessing our services via care plans. (Please email prior to your appointment if this creates any financial concerns for you)
