Sarah Lawrence
Senior Physiotherapist
With more than 15 years of private practice experience in the Perth Hills as both a Physiotherapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Sarah brings a strong blend of clinical expertise, whole‑person care, and genuine compassion to her work. She is deeply committed to helping people of all ages and abilities move with confidence, achieve meaningful life goals, and find success in exercise — whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or striving to improve their overall wellbeing.
She has extensive experience in musculoskeletal and chronic pain management, including long‑standing injuries and sports‑related rehabilitation. Her assessment style reflects a “big‑picture” approach, looking beyond symptoms to uncover the true underlying causes of pain or dysfunction. This whole‑body perspective allows her to design treatment plans that are both effective and sustainable.
A strong advocate for holistic, client‑centred care, she incorporates an understanding of mental health, psychological safety, and trauma‑informed practice into every consultation. Her goal is to ensure each person feels supported, respected, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Her clinical skill set includes joint mobilisation, myofascial release, scar massage, stoma management, postural and muscular balance assessment, and tailored exercise prescription, all delivered with a focus on long‑term functional improvement.
Outside the clinic, she maintains her own health and creativity through regular gym training, reading, and exploring artistic pursuits — bringing balance, energy, and perspective to her professional life.
